Choroni
Als Abschluss des Urlaubs hatten wir uns überlegt noch ein paar Tage am Strand zu Verbringen. Wenn man schonmal die Karibik vor der Haustür hat. Mit ein paar Wirrungen sind wir dann von Ciudad Bolivar nach Maracay gelangt von wo aus wir mit diesem Bus nach Choroni gefahren sind.

For the ending of our holidays we thought it a good idea to have some rst at the beach. If you happen to have the carribean directly in front of the door. With some complications we arrived in Maracay from which we got with this bus to Choroni.

Nach der kurvigen Fahrt durch die Berge sind wir in Choroni angekommen. Choroni ist ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel von Caracas aus. Dort gibt es eine Menge Läden, Restaurant und ein paar Clubs. Und natürlich eine fantastischen Strand.

We arrived in Choroni after driving though the mountains. It’s a quite popular destination for people from Caracas. So there are quite many shops, restaurants and some clubs. Not to forget the awesome beach.

Am ersten Tag hatten wir leider regnerisches Wetter… was sich dann aber doch schnell verbesserte. Wie man sehen kann. Abends sind wir jeden der drei Tage schön Essen gegangen. Wir haben immer in kleinen Restaurants gegessen wo frischer Fisch serviert wurde. Köstlich!
Eine weitere tolle Sache in Venezuela ist die Tatsache das es überall superleckere frische Fruchtsäfte gibt. Zu echt angenehmen Preisen. Hier mal unsere Auswahl zum Frühstück in Choroni.

On the first day we had a bit rainy wheather… but it got quickly beeter as you can see. In the evening we went every three days to some nice small restaurant. We enjoyed the good fresh fish which was served there. Delicious!
ANother really good thing in Venezuela is the possibility to have fresh fruit juice everywhere. They are quite cheap over there. Here is our choice for breakfast one day in Choroni.
