Am Sonntag und am Montag (den letzten Tag des Besuchs) waren wir auf Suomenlinna und in Porvoo, ein Städtchen in der Nähe von Helsinki. Am Dienstag is Shann dann wieder nach Haus geflogen.

On sunday and on monday (last day of her visit) we went to Suomenlinna and to Porvoo which is a village near Helsinki. On thuesday Shann flew home.

Nach ein wenig eislaufen am Freitag nachmittags gings Abends in Studio 51 in Helsinki party machen. Der Laden ist ziemlich teuer, dafür bekommt man aber ein relativ anständiges Publikum und ein sehr cooles Ambiente (siehe auch weitere Fotos bei Flickr)

After some ice skating on friday afternoon we went to Studio 51 in the evening. That club in Helsinki is quite expensive (7Eur entrance) but you get a nice atmosphere and good party people. (see more fotos at flickr)

Am Samstag war faulenz-Tag allerdings Abends dann Cocktail Party und Remi’s Geburtstag in der Common-Area. Da wurden haufenweise lustige Fotos geschossen …

so letztes Wochenende war die Shann ja zu Besuch hier im schönen Finnland und wir haben ne Menge unternommen. Direkt nach dem Abholen vom Flughafen gings ohne umwege zum Sight-Seeing nach Helsinki!

Ja richtig gelesen, Helsinki hat einen Rugby Club. Heute war dort offenes Training und Jose (der schonmal in Spanien gespielt hat), hat mich gefragt ob ich auch kommen möchte. Also bin ich heute bei meinem ersten Rugby Training ever gewesen. Und nein, es gibt keine neue Verletzungen von denen ich berichten kann. Hat wirklich Spass gemacht… Der Trainer ist aus Frankreich und die zweiten Trainer aus Neu Seeland und Finnland. Also ziemlich international alles! So jetzt schnell Dinner und dann gehts zu einer Geburtstagsparty nach Helsinki!

Yes, you were reading right, Helsinki has a Rugby Club. Today was open training and Jose (who played already in Spain), asked me if i would join him. So i went toady t omy first rugby training ever. And no, there are no new injuries i can report fro. Was really fun… the trainer is from France and the second trainer are from New Zealand and Finland. So it’S quite international there! And now a quick dinner and then to a birthdayparty in Helsinki!
